Our little guy just turned three this week β€” we celebrated with PokΓ©mon everything and cupcakes eaten like a food group β€” so this week's plan had to be easy, make-ahead, and zero fuss. Here's what's on the menu:

Meal Plan

πŸ’‘ Protein Prep Tips:

  • ​Carrot Cake Protein Baked Oats: Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days β€” keep the frosting separate and add it fresh each morning. Reheat in the microwave and top with a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • ​Italian Dense Bean Salad: Mix everything together Sunday and store in an airtight container. No reheating needed β€” eat it cold straight from the fridge. It gets better after day one.
  • ​High Protein Dunkaroo Dip: Make it the night before β€” it thickens beautifully as it chills. Stores in the fridge up to 5 days. Add sprinkles right before serving so the color doesn't bleed.
