Okay friends, happy Monday πŸŽ‰

Two new recipes just dropped on the blog, and I'm so excited to share them!

Microwave Pancake Bowls (18g protein, no powder) πŸ₯žβ€‹

One batter. Two flavors. Ready in under 5 minutes β€” and the secret ingredient is silken tofu! I know, stay with me! It blends completely smooth and gives the bowl this rich, custardy texture that Kodiak mix just can't replicate. Dan does banana chocolate chip, I do raspberry lemon, and we both make them at the same time. Perfection and travels well!

High Protein Curry Chicken and Rice (31g protein) πŸ›β€‹

This one is the weeknight dinner you need in your back pocket. Five minutes of prep, then you dump everything in a baking dish and walk away for an hour! The bone broth and edamame do the heavy lifting (25g of protein per cup between the two of them), and the red curry paste + peanut butter + coconut milk situation at the end is genuinely so good! We've made it three times in the last two weeks πŸ‘€

Hope your week is full of good food and good rest 🀍

P.S. If you make any of these recipes, I'd love it if you would ⭐️ leave a star rating ⭐️ on my website. It helps my small business and our community so much!
